The stecs app has been seamless as usual and really lovely, except for the airtime part. Anytime I try to buy airtime on the app, it's always unsuccessful and reversing, for the one week now. I've noticed it before then, and when I retry it after the first attempt, it goes. But this time around, no matter how many times I try it, it'll keep reversing. What is going on?
Aside this, I enjoy the app honestly, alhamdulillah. I'd really love to explore the biometrics/face ID option for logging in to the app, but I'm scared for security reasons. What do you think, should I try it or not?
